How much does shipping cost within Germany?
We ship orders anywhere in Germany for a flat shipping fee of €7.99.
Do you ship in extreme weather conditions?
Yes, we ship in extreme temperatures, but with precautions:
- Arak: With an alcohol content above 50%, Arak withstands extreme temperatures and can be shipped in hot or cold weather without issue.
- Wine: Wine, especially red wine, is more delicate and sensitive to temperatures above 30°C or below -6°C. We ensure proper packaging with insulated materials like Styrofoam and consult with our shipping partners to decide whether it's safe to ship.
What shipping service do you use?
We currently partner with DHL for all deliveries within Germany.
Do you offer international shipping?
We only accept B2B orders for delivery outside Germany. Unfortunately, B2C international shipping is unavailable at this time.
Are bottles shipped in their original packaging?
Yes, we ship bottles in their original packaging when available. For shipping, all bottles are securely packed in special bottle shipping boxes to ensure safe delivery.
When will my order be delivered?
Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days within Germany.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a DHL tracking number to monitor your delivery on our Order Tracking page.
