Made according to the Hochar family’s philosophy of “natural” winemaking, this deep-colored red, blend of Cinsault, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon is rich, soft, and appealing. Intense flavors of cherries, blackcurrants, blueberries, and violets finish on warm spicy, savoury notes. Delicious with grills, roasts, and casseroles. Serve at cellar temperature
