This wine is the result of a rigorous selection of the best grapes of Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache, Syrah, and Cinsault. The exceptionally favorable climate of the vineyard and the exclusive hand-harvesting give Les Cabires-Rouge a very distinctive constitution and a unique bouquet.
