In the heart of the Zahlé vineyard, the soil of Al-Karram unfolds its golden little hills under the generous Bekaa sun. Arak al-Karram is distilled three times in a traditional copper still, from grapes and aniseed. Always striving for perfection, the arak is matured in traditional jars, just like in the old days.
